WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are currently an online only boutique located in Washington County, Alabama, outside the municipal limits of Mcintosh. We regularly participate in markets, festivals, and gift shows in the Southeast region, especially Baldwin, Clarke, Mobile, Tuscaloosa and Washington counties of Alabama. We post our event information on our social media pages. We are also available for private events. Learn more about booking our "shop" for your event here.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. You will be charged upon placing your order. We also offer buy now, pay over time with Sezzle.

IS THIS WEBSITE SECURE FOR MY CREDIT CARDS?

Of course! Well Nested LLC uses a secure online server, and you can be assured of this through the (s) after our http in the address.

I SEEM TO BE HAVING A PROBLEM PLACING MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Try choosing a different payment method. If your issue is not resolved, try using a different browser or check your security settings. Most issues are related to firewall settings or the browser's security settings. If this does not help, please Contact Us so we can try to help.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY LOCATION?

Currently, we ship decor and gift items to the 48 Contiguous US states.

We are unable to ship Internationally at this time.

Please check with us often as we hope to be able to ship to you anywhere soon!

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
All items leave our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
We may use any of the major shipping carriers, based on their current shipping rates.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY ITEM IS SHIPPED?

Once your order has shipped you will receive your tracking number by email. We try to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Transit times vary and could take up to 14 business days.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within three days, so that we can make things right. We will respond quickly with instructions for what to do next.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We just know you're going to love your order, but please carefully review your order before you finalize it! There are NO cancellations/refunds once an order has been placed.

Please note: Items purchased from the website cannot be returned to pop-up or mobile locations due to differences in inventory.

RETURN GUIDELINES

• For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date.
• ALL sale items are FINAL SALE.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before they reach Well Nested.
• Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.

DO YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS WHOLESALE?

We are a retail only business at this time. We are not licensed to wholesale products to other stores. However, we would love for you to try our products in your home or to give as gifts.
